RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the return must comply with the following conditions:

• The watch must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition
• The presentation box, certificate of authenticity, and all accessories must be included
• The protective film (if present) must not have been removed
• The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, contact our customer service at support@herbelot.store, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Returns are free in mainland France.

Refund

The refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt and verification of the returned item. The amount will be credited to the payment method used for the order. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange your watch for another model, please contact us at support@herbelot.store. We will arrange the return of your current item and the shipment of the new model as soon as possible. Any price difference will be adjusted.

Non-Refundable Items

Watches that have been custom engraved cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.
