TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales concluded through the website herbelot.store, operated by the company HERBELOT Paris. Any order placed on this site implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

3. Products

The timepieces offered for sale on our website are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, minor color variations may exist between the photograph and the actual product, due to differences in screen display. The photographs are not contractual.

4. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). HERBELOT Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price displayed on the site at the time of order validation will be the only one applicable to the buyer. Delivery costs are free for any order delivered in metropolitan France.

5. Order

The buyer places an order on the herbelot.store website by following the online ordering process. The sale is considered concluded upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email summarizing the order details is sent to the buyer. HERBELOT Paris reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud.

6. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Google Pay. Payment in 3 interest-free installments is available via Klarna for any order over €100. All transactions are secured by 256-bit SSL encryption.

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours after payment confirmation. Delivery is made by secure carrier with mandatory signature. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 working days in metropolitan France. A tracking number is communicated by email upon shipment.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties. The product must be returned in its original condition, complete (case, certificate, accessories), unworn and undamaged. Refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the return.

9. Warranty

All HERBELOT timepieces benefit from a 2-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement malfunctions. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by impact, improper handling or non-compliant use.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the herbelot.store website (texts, images, logos, videos) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from HERBELOT Paris.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing agreement, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the registered office of HERBELOT Paris.
