Free Shipping

HERBELOT Paris offers free shipping on all orders delivered in mainland France. No minimum purchase is required. Your timepiece is shipped in secure and discreet packaging, with no visible mention of the contents' value.

Processing Time

Each order is prepared with the utmost care in our workshops. The processing time is 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Your watch is inspected, adjusted, and placed in its case before shipping.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order is delivered within 5 to 7 business days in mainland France. Delivery is made by secure carrier with mandatory signature. You must be present to receive your package.

Order Tracking

An email containing your tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package in real-time via the link provided or from our "Order Tracking" page.

Shipping Zones

We currently only deliver to mainland France. Delivery to overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), Belgium, Switzerland, and the rest of Europe will be available soon. Subscribe to our newsletter to be informed when new zones open.

Damaged or Unreceived Package

In case of a damaged package upon receipt, refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@herbelot.store. If your package is not received within the indicated timeframe, contact our customer service, who will open an investigation with the carrier within 24 hours.
