Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Click on the link provided in this email to track the delivery of your package in real-time.

Your payment has been validated. Our team is preparing your order.
STEP 2 — In Preparation
Your watch is inspected, adjusted, and placed in its presentation case.
STEP 3 — Shipped
Your package has been handed over to the carrier. You will receive your tracking number by email.
STEP 4 — In Transit
Your package is on its way. Track it in real-time using the tracking link.
STEP 5 — Delivered
Your HERBELOT timepiece is in your hands. Enjoy it.
Standard Delivery Times
Preparation: 24 to 48 business hours
Delivery within metropolitan France: 5 to 7 business days
Delivery with signature: Required for all orders
